--Aequs board approves Reenah Simon Joseph as CFO
MUMBAI – Aequs Ltd. Saturday approved the appointment of Reenah Simon Joseph as the chief financial officer, the company said in an exchange filing. She will take over as CFO with immediate effect.
Reenah Simon Joseph has nearly 19 years of experience in capital markets, fundraising, investor relations, among others. She has recently worked as a deputy group chief financial officer and head of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations at PDS Ltd.
For the June quarter, Aequs reported a consolidated net loss of INR 532.28 million on revenues of INR 3.96 billion. Friday, shares of the company closed marginally down at INR 245.99 apiece on the National Stock Exchange. End
