NEW DELHI – Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. has signed a five-year strategic deal worth 1.25 billion euros (around INR 140 billion) with sports car manufacturer Porsche AG for enabling artificial intelligence services across the mobility value chain for the latter, the company said in an exchange filing Monday. As part of the deal, its subsidiary Tata Consultancy Services Netherlands B.V. will acquire a 100% stake in MHP Management-und IT-Beratung GmbH, a subsidiary of Porsche AG, for an enterprise value of 320 million euros. A share purchase agreement was executed in this regard to record the terms and conditions of the proposed acquisition, TCS said.
The completion of the acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and fulfilment of conditions precedent as specified in the agreement. It is expected to be completed within three to four months. As part of the deal, TCS will also establish a dedicated AI Mobility Centre of Excellence for Porsche to drive innovation across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and customer experience.
MHP is a Germany-based automotive and industrial consulting firm with expertise in business consulting, digital transformation, AI, software-defined mobility, and manufacturing digitalisation, among others. It employs around 4,500 workers and had recorded a turnover of 742 million euros for calendar 2025.
For the June quarter, TCS reported a consolidated net profit of INR 133.49 billion on revenues of INR 722.75 billion. Monday, shares of the company ended at INR 2,284.10 on the National Stock Exchange, down 0.8%. End
