--US FDA OKs isolator-based fill, finish line of Jubilant Pharmova's US arm
MUMBAI – Jubilant Pharmova Ltd. Sunday said its step-down subsidiary Jubilant HollisterStier LLC has received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration for the commercial batch manufacturing at new isolator-based fill and finish line. The product will be manufactured on line 3 of the subsidiary's contract manufacturing unit at Spokane, US.
Jubilant HollisterStier is an integrated contract manufacturer of sterile injectables, which include both liquid and lyophilisation, and ophthalmics such as ointment, liquid, and creams. The company is a subsidiary of Jubilant Pharma Holdings Inc., which is a subsidiary of Jubilant Pharma Ltd., Singapore, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jubilant Pharmova.
For the June quarter, Jubilant Pharmova reported consolidated net profit of INR 565 million on revenues of INR 22.29 billion. Friday, shares of the company closed at INR 880.35 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, up over 1% from Thursday. End
