--Bk of Baroda: $400 mln fundraise tap of existing Aug 20, 2031 dlr notes 

 

NEW DELHI – Bank of Baroda has raised $400 million via five-year dollar notes at 5.389% all-in yield through its International Financial Services Centre unit in GIFT City, the bank informed exchanges Friday. These notes will be clubbed with the $400 million fundraise done Thursday via five-year dollar notes maturing in August 2031, taking the total issuance size to $800 million.  

 

"These bonds will be issued through our IFSCBU GIFT City, Gandhinagar branch as of 27th August 2026 and shall be listed on Singapore Stock Exchange, India INX Gift City and NSE -IX Exchange GIFT City," according to the exchange filing. 

 

For the June quarter, Bank of Baroda reported a net profit of INR 12.78 billion on total income of INR 366.81 billion. On Friday, the bank's shares ended at INR 247 on the National Stock Exchange, up 1.0% from the previous close. End
