--Govt approves extension of RITES CMD Rahul Mithal's tenure till Jun 30
NEW DELHI – RITES Ltd. Thursday said the Ministry of Railways has approved the extension of the tenure of Rahul Mithal as the chairman and managing director of the company till the date of superannuation, i.e. Jun. 30, or until further orders.
The company is in the process of completing the requisite statutory formalities with respect to the extension, it said in an exchange filing.
For the June quarter, the state-run engineering consultancy and transport infrastructure company reported a net profit of INR 872.10 million on revenues of INR 5.32 billion. Thursday, shares of the company closed 0.7% higher at INR 218.44 on the National Stock Exchange. End
