Lemon Tree Hotels opens 85-room property in Bharuch, Gujarat

NEW DELHI – Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. has opened an 85-room property in Bharuch, Gujarat, marking its 12th operational hotel in the state, the company said in an exchange filing Thursday.
The company said its Gujarat portfolio now has 12 operational hotels, with 20 more properties in the pipeline across the state. The Bharuch hotel is managed by Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. The property offers 85 rooms and suites, a multi-cuisine restaurant, banquet and meeting facilities, a fitness centre, a recreation hub, and a spa.
For the June quarter, Lemon Tree Hotels reported a consolidated net profit of INR 460.32 million on revenue of INR 3.45 billion. Thursday, shares of the company closed marginally down at INR 107.96 on the National Stock Exchange. End
