MUMBAI – Brigade Enterprises Ltd., which did not launch any residential projects in the June quarter, is on track to meet its guidance on launches in 2026-27 (Apr-Mar), the company said in a post-earnings conference call with investors and analysts on Friday. The company is aiming to launch residential projects totalling 9.36 million square feet in Jul-Mar, a senior official said. Of this, 2.36 million square feet of projects will be launched in the September quarter.

The company said the upcoming residential projects planned for launch total around 12 million square feet in its post-earnings investor presentation. A senior company official said the 12 million square feet projection for upcoming residential projects covers the next four quarters, including the September quarter. These residential projects will be across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Mysuru.

On commercial projects, the company said it has a pipeline of 4.03 million square feet. Of this, 2.6 million square feet, or about 65%, is in Bengaluru, and 1.3 million square feet is in Chennai, the company's managing director Pavitra Shankar said. In the June quarter, the company had launched commercial projects totalling 4.01 million square feet, of which 57% was in Bengaluru and 43% in Hyderabad.

The company is continuing to monitor the macroeconomic situation, including the West Asia conflict and its impact on India's domestic real estate sector, Shankar said. She said the core drivers of sales growth for the sector remain intact.

In the hospitality segment, where the company has a portfolio of hotels and properties across leisure, business, and luxury sub-segments, Brigade Enterprises said geopolitical disruptions from the West Asia conflict led to some business loss in the June quarter, according to Shankar. The impact included event cancellations or postponements, she said. The company expects the hospitality business to bounce back in the December quarter.

The company said the consolidated net debt as on Jun. 30 was INR 22.18 billion, nearly flat from INR 22.78 billion as on Mar. 31

For the June quarter, Brigade Enterprises reported a consolidated net profit of INR 2.00 billion, up 34% on year. The company's consolidated revenue from operations fell 13% on year to INR 11.16 billion. Friday, the company's shares closed at INR 591.55 on the National Stock Exchange, up 0.3% from the previous close.  End
