Lemon Tree Hotels signs agreement for 110-room property in Visakhapatnam

NEW DELHI – Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. has signed a licence agreement for a 110-room Lemon Tree Premier hotel in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, the company said in an exchange filing Thursday. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
The hotel will feature a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting and conference room, fitness centre, swimming pool, and spa, catering to business and leisure travellers. The signing marks Lemon Tree Hotels' third property in Visakhapatnam and the 13th in Andhra Pradesh. The company's portfolio in the state now comprises six operational hotels and seven upcoming properties.
For the June quarter, Lemon Tree Hotels reported a consolidated net profit of INR 460.32 million on revenue of INR 3.45 billion. Thursday, shares of the company ended at INR 109.05 on the National Stock Exchange, marginally down. End
