SBI concludes issuance of $100 mln, Jul 2029 senior floating rate notes Mon

MUMBAI – State Bank of India concluded the issuance of $100 million, three-year senior unsecured floating rate notes Monday, the bank said in an exchange filing. The bank has issued these notes under its existing outstanding floating rate note due on Jul. 6, 2029, through which it had already raised $200 million in July.
The bank has set a coupon of 100 basis points over the secured overnight financing rate and will be paid quarterly. The bonds will be issued through the bank's London branch on Friday and will be listed on India International Exchange, GIFT City.
The bank reported a net profit of INR 211.21 billion for the June quarter, up over 10% on year. Its net interest income rose almost 15% on year to INR 469.92 billion in the June quarter. Monday, the bank's shares ended at INR 1,071 on the National Stock Exchange, down over 2% from Friday. End
