NEW DELHI – Brigade Enterprises Ltd. Wednesday said it has acquired a two-acre land parcel on Kanakapura road in South Bengaluru to develop a premium residential project with an estimated gross development value of approximately INR 4 billion.
"With a strong pipeline of developments across key cities in the country, Brigade Group remains committed to creating landmark developments that combine design excellence, quality construction, and sustainable living," the company said in an exchange filing.
For the March quarter, the company's consolidated net profit was INR 1.45 billion on revenues of INR 14.58 billion. Wednesday, shares of the company closed 0.7% higher at INR 564.25 on the National Stock Exchange. End
