NEW DELHI – Cyient Ltd. announced the appointment of Andrew Smith as Chief Operating Officer, effective Friday. Smith succeeds Prabhakar Atla, who has stepped down from the role due to personal reasons. Atla will step down effective Sept. 30 and will assist in transitioning responsibilities to Smith during his notice period, according to the exchange filing by the company.
For the June quarter, Cyient reported a consolidated net profit of INR 1.04 billion on revenues of INR 20.76 billion. Friday, shares of the company ended at INR 840.05 on the National Stock Exchange, down 1.1% End
