Sona BLW reported a bottom line of INR 1.81 billion for the June quarter, up 45% on year from INR 1.25 billion. The company's revenue from operations, including forex gains, rose 54% on year to INR 13.10 billion from INR 8.51 billion. Analysts had estimated net profit of INR 1.74 billion and net sales of INR 12.78 billion for the June quarter. On quarter, the company's net profit fell 6% while revenues rose 3%.
