REC raises INR 30 billion via 3-month CP at 6.90%

MUMBAI – REC Ltd. raised INR 30 billion on Wednesday by issuing a three-month commercial paper at 6.90%, dealers said. Three-month CPs were traded in the secondary market at 6.50-6.55%, according to data from the Clearing Corp. of India Ltd.

 

For the March quarter, the state-owned power sector financier had reported a net profit of INR 33.62 billion on total income of INR 144.06 billion. Wednesday, the company's shares ended 0.4% lower at INR 360.65 on the National Stock Exchange.  End
