--Brigade Ent: Launched Brigade Misty Greens with INR 3 bln sales potential
MUMBAI – Brigade Enterprises Ltd. Tuesday said it has launched a premium housing project across 4.5 acres in Mysuru called 'Brigade Misty Green'. This project has the potential to generate more than INR 3 billion in revenue, Brigade Enterprises said.
"Mysuru has been an important market for Brigade. We are the only listed player to have a strong presence in the city with over 26 projects across residential, commercial and hospitality," Managing Director Pavitra Shankar said in a press release.
For the March quarter, the real estate company had posted a consolidated net profit of INR 1.45 billion on revenues of INR 14.58 billion. At 1434 IST, shares of the company traded 1% higher at INR 569.20 on the National Stock Exchange. End
