MUMBAI – 360 ONE WAM Ltd. missed Street estimates on net profit for the June quarter but the company's revenue from operations rose faster than the growth in net profit.
The wealth management company posted a net profit of INR 3.31 billion for the June quarter, up 16% on year from INR 2.85 billion in the year-ago quarter. This was on the back of robust growth in other income, which rose over 249% on year to INR 470 million.
The company's revenue from operations for the quarter was INR 12.26 billion, up almost 27% on year from the INR 9.67 billion reported in the year-ago quarter. The company's total expenses were INR 8.50 billion, up over 40% on year from INR 6.06 billion in the year-ago quarter. The company's total asset under management were INR 7.77 trillion on Jun. 30. The company's annual recurring revenue rose 20% on year to INR 6.14 billion.
The company's anuual recurring revenue assets under management were at INR 3.42 trillion and transactional or brokerage assets under management at INR 4.35 trillion. 360 ONE's annual recurring revenue net inflows were INR 108.15 billion in the June quarter.
The company's cost to income ratio was 51.3% in the June quarter. Thursday, shares of the company closed at INR 1081.30 on the National Stock Exchange, down 1.6% from Wednesday. End
