--Hero MotoCorp to launch products in Germany in partnership with KSR Group 

MUMBAI – Hero MotoCorp Ltd. Thursday said it will foray into the German market with the launch of its Euro 5+ compliant product portfolio there through a distribution partnership with the KSR Group. This would be the fifth European market for the XPulse maker and the 53rd market globally, the company said in an exchange filing. 

"Germany represents a defining milestone in Hero MotoCorp's global growth journey," Hero MotoCorp's Executive Vice-President of global business Sanjay Bhan said in a press release. "Building on our presence in Italy, Spain, France and the UK, our entry now into Europe's largest economy reflects the growing strength of our global business and our long-term commitment to the region," Bhan said.

The KSR Group will initially launch a range of Hero MotoCorp products through a network of over 28 official sales and service outlets across major German cities. Hero MotoCorp will launch the XPulse 200 4V and the XPulse 200 Pro as part of two distinct adventure offerings in the German market. 

For the March quarter, Hero MotoCorp had reported a net profit of INR 14.01 billion on revenues of INR 127.97 billion. At 1526 IST, its shares traded 0.4% higher at INR 4,896.60 on the National Stock Exchange.   End
