--S&P rates Tata Cap proposed dlr-denominated senior unsecured notes as BBB 

 

MUMBAI – S&P Global Ratings Wednesday assigned a 'BBB' rating foreign currency long-term issue rating to the US dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes that Tata Capital Ltd. proposes to issue, the ratings company said in an exchange filing. 

 

The issuance is a drawdown from Tata Capital's $2 billion medium-term notes programme, which the comapany rated 'BBB', the filing said. 

 

Wednesday, shares of the company ended at INR 357.60 apiece, up 0.5% on the National Stock Exchange. For the March quarter, Tata Capital reported a net profit of INR 11.83 billion on revenue of INR 61.10 billion.  End
