--ICRA upgrades Aster DM term loan rating to AA from A+ 

NEW DELHI – Aster DM Quality Care Ltd. said ICRA Ltd. has upgraded its long-term credit rating on the company's fund-based term loans to AA with a stable outlook from A+, while removing the rating from 'Rating Watch with Positive Implications' and assigning a stable outlook. The upgrade applies to the company's enhanced long-term fund-based term loan facilities of INR 16.07 billion, up from the earlier rated amount of INR 3.82 billion, as per the exchange filing by the company.

ICRA also reaffirmed the company's short-term rating at A1+ for INR 1.90 billion of fund-based working capital facilities and INR 300 million of non-fund-based working capital facilities. The total rated bank facilities now stand at INR 18.27 billion, compared with INR 6.02 billion earlier. 
 

According to the rating letter, the upgraded rating has been assigned to the enhanced borrowing limits and will be subject to annual surveillance by ICRA.

For the quarter ended March, Aster DM reported a consolidated net profit of INR 1.40 billion on revenues of INR 11.82 billion. On Friday, shares of the company closed 0.2% higher at INR 808.90 on the National Stock Exchange.  End
