--Vijaya Diagnostic appoints Narasimha Raju K.A. as CFO
MUMBAI – A former chief financial officer of Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Ltd. has rejoined the company with effect from Thursday. The company's board approved the appointment of Narasimha Raju K.A. as CFO on Thursday, as per the company's filing with stock exchanges.
Raju was the CFO of Vijaya Diagnostic Centre from Mar. 15, 2021, to Mar. 26, 2025, the company said. Prior to his rejoining the company, Raju was the CFO of Yashoda Group of Hospitals, as per the company.
On Thursday, shares of the company closed 3.9% higher at INR 1,377.80 on the National Stock Exchange. End
