MUMBAI – P N Gadgil Jewellers Ltd. Tuesday said that for the June quarter, the company recorded a revenue growth of 41% on year. The revenue from the retail segment grew 56% on year, with robust same-store sales growth of 46% on year. This indicates that the growth was substantially organic in nature, driven by deeper customer engagement in existing stores, the company said.

The retail segment contributed the most to the revenue, with 78% of the total revenue share. P N Gadgil Jewellers said that this was meaningfully higher on a year-on-year basis. The jewellery brand's sales from franchise rose 8% on year and revenue from e-commerce gained 20% on year.

The share of gold bullion sales in the retail segment normalised to a stable level of around 22% compared with a higher share in the previous quarter. "The consistent reduction in the lower-margin bullion business, alongside the rising contribution of retail and studded jewellery, continues to drive a structural improvement in the overall quality of revenue," the company said in the filing.

As of Jun. 30, the total store count of the company stood at 78. The company said it was on track to open around 25 stores and reach the target of 103 stores by the end of 2026-27 (Apr-Mar), as per the exchange filing.

For the March quarter, P N Gadgil Jewellers had reported consolidated net profit of INR 902.56 million on revenue of INR 35.44 billion. At 1345 IST, shares of the company traded 0.4% higher at INR 582 on the National Stock Exchange.  End
