NEW DELHI – Blue Jet Healthcare Ltd.'s qualified institutional placement to raise capital from institutional investors opened Monday following the company's investment and finance committee authorising the placement with a floor price of INR 531.70 per equity share, the company said in an exchange filing. This marks a discount of roughly 5.4% to the stock's closing price Monday of INR 561.95 on the National Stock Exchange.
The committee has also approved and adopted the preliminary placement document alon gwith the application form, according to the exchange filing. For the March quarter, the company reported a net profit of INR 643.44 million on revenues of INR 2.35 billion. End
