Info Edge rolls out AI tools on recruitment platform

NEW DELHI – Info Edge (India) Ltd. recruitment platform Naukri has expanded the rollout of its artificial intelligence-powered recruitment solutions across enterprises and jobseekers, according to an exchange filing. The company said it has commercially rolled out AI-Rex, Talent Pulse, and PremiumX, while also expanding artificial intelligence tools for jobseekers. It expects these products to improve recruiter productivity, enhance talent intelligence, and support premium hiring solutions. 

 

Info Edge said it invested about INR 700 million on artificial intelligence in the financial year 2025-26 (Apr-Mar) and plans to increase the investment to about INR 1.5 billion in FY27. 

 

"Naukri AI-Rex is the Company's flagship Agentic AI (artificial intelligence) product designed to enhance recruiter productivity across the hiring workflow. Multiple specialized AI (artificial intelligence) agents work together across mandate refinement, candidate sourcing, personalized outreach, screening, and qualification, enabling recruiters to build high-quality candidate pipelines with significantly less effort," as mentioned in the exchange filing. 

 

Naukri's artificial intelligence-powered talent intelligence platform Talent Pulse has crossed 600 paid customers, while PremiumX serves over 1,800 enterprise customers focused on hiring white-collar professionals earning more than INR 3 million. 

 

For the March quarter, Info Edge had reported net profit of INR 3.09 billion on revenue of INR 8.05 billion. At 1258 IST, its shares traded at INR 1,021.25 on the National Stock Exchange, down over 1% from Friday's close.  End
