--NTPC Green arm in pact with PTC India to sell 1.2 GW solar power
NEW DELHI – NTPC Green Energy Ltd. Friday said its wholly owned subsidiary NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd. has signed a power purchase agreement with PTC India Ltd. for the sale of 1.2 gigawatts of solar power under a bilateral arrangement.
For the March quarter, NTPC Green Energy reported a consolidated net profit of INR 1.97 billion on revenues of INR 9.13 billion. On Friday, the company's shares closed 1.1% lower at INR 95.44 on the National Stock Exchange. End
