Tata Technologies partners with US-based Tenneco for mobility transformation

NEW DELHI – Tata Technologies Ltd. Wednesday said it has partnered with Tenneco LLC, a US-based designer, manufacturer, and distributor of advanced mobility products for original equipment and aftermarket customers, for mobility transformation. As part of the collaboration, Tenneco is expected to make an investment of over $100 million over the next five years, the company said in an exchange filing.
For the March quarter, Tata Technologies' consolidated net profit was INR 2.04 billion on revenues of INR 15.72 billion. Wednesday, shares of the company closed 2% lower at INR 670.20 on the National Stock Exchange. End
