--Data Patterns reappoints Vijay Ananth K as Whole-Time Director for 5 years 

NEW DELHI – Data Patterns (India) Ltd. Thursday said its board has approved the reappointment of whole-time director Vijay Ananth K for another five-year term from Jul. 31. The board also approved the redesignation and appointment of Mathew Cyriac as a non-executive independent director for a five-year term from Jul. 31, according to an exchange filing by the company.

Additionally, the board recommended the reappointment of non-executive independent directors Prasad Raghava Menon and Sowmyan Ramakrishnan for second terms of three years each starting Sep. 10. It also recommended a second one-year term for non-executive independent director Anuradha Sharma from the same date, as per the exchange filing. The company added that independent director Sastry Venkata Rama Vadlamani would retire on Sep. 9, after completing his current term.

For the March quarter, Data Patterns (India) reported a net profit of INR 1.38 billion on revenues of INR 3.45 billion. At 1325 IST, shares of the company traded at INR 4,548 on the National Stock Exchange, down 1.5%.  End
