--LIC CFO Sunil Agrawal resigns, to step down on Jul 14
NEW DELHI – Life Insurance Corp. of India's Chief Financial Officer Sunil Agrawal resigned from his position Wednesday to pursue better prospects, the company said in an exchange filing. The resignation will take effect from the close of business hours on Jul. 14.
The state-owned insurer's net profit for the March quarter was INR 234.20 billion and the total income was INR 2.77 trillion. On Wednesday, its shares closed at INR 436.60 on the National Stock Exchange, down 0.8% from Tuesday. End
