HCL Tech to build AI-powered framework with 2 US companies for telecom firms

MUMBAI – HCL Technologies Ltd., along with US-based companies Circles and GreySkies, is set to collaborate with telecommunications operators such as Circles.Life, KDDI, Orange, and TELUS to build an artificial intelligence-powered multi-agent framework. This framework is aimed at improving service assurance, business operations, end-to-end automation, and engagement with customers in the telecommunications industry.
HCL Technologies, Circles, and Greyskies will participate in the TM Forum Catalyst Program for this initiative, they said in a joint press release. TM Forum Catalyst Program is an initiative that brings together communication service providers and technology partners to create solutions for the telecommunications industry. For the framework, Circles will use its AI-native digital telecommunications platform along with GreySkies' AI-enabled network operations and HCL Technologies' AI-led automation within an open digital architecture framework.
For the March quarter, HCL Technologies had posted a consolidated net profit of INR 44.88 billion on revenues of INR 339.81 billion. Tuesday, its shares closed almost 2% lower from Monday at INR 1,109.50 on the National Stock Exchange. End
