--GST officials conducts inspection at Prism Johnson's cement plant in MP
MUMBAI – Goods and services tax department officials Saturday conducted an inspection at Prism Johnson Ltd.'s cement plant at Satna, Madhya Pradesh. The nspection began at 1100 IST and ended at 1930 IST, according to an exchange filing late Saturday.
"At present, there is no material impact on the financials, business operations, or any other activities of the Company due to the aforesaid inspection proceedings," the company said in the filing.
For the quarter ended March, on a consolidated basis, the company had reported a net profit of INR 64.30 million on a revenue of INR 21.10 billion. Friday, shares of the company closed 2.6% lower at INR 119.26 on the National Stock Exchange. End
