Amber Ent, OPPO India in pact to make mobile phones for OPPO, OnePlus, Realme

MUMBAI - Amber Enterprises India Ltd. Thursday said Amber Group, which includes Amber Enterprises and all its subsidiaries and affiliates, has signed a manufacturing collaboration agreement with OPPO Mobiles India Pvt. Ltd. to manufacture mobile phones in India. Amber will manufacture mobile phones for brands of OPPO, OnePlus, and Realme, according to an exchange filing.
Ernst & Young was the exclusive financial advisor, while AZB & Partners and Aekom Legal were the legal advisors for this agreement. Oppo Mobiles India reported a revenue of INR 319.81 billion for 2024-25 (Apr-Mar) and Amber reported a consolidated revenue of 121.86 billion for FY26.
For the March quarter, Amber reported a consolidated net profit of INR 1.34 billion on a consolidated revenue of INR 41.48 billion. Thursday, shares of the company closed 1.3% higher at INR 7,965.50 on the National Stock Exchange. End
