Of this, 8.3 million were part of domestic traffic, up 7.9% on year, and 2.4 million comprised international traffic, up 0.4% on year.

The monthly traffic remained around 10 million since October, the company said. GMR Airports handled the highest-ever year-to-date passenger traffic in financial year 2026-27 (Apr-Mar) at 20.46 million, up 0.5%. The company also handled a record high year-to-date domestic traffic of 15.8 million passengers in April and May, driven by the Delhi airport.
