Four demerged entities of Vedanta to be listed on NSE, BSE Monday

MUMBAI – Four entities, which were demerged from Vedanta Ltd. effective May 1, will be listed on the National Stock Exchange and BSE Monday, according to notices issued by the exchanges. These entities are Vedanta Aluminium Metal Ltd., Vedanta Power Ltd., Vedanta Iron and Steel Ltd., and Vedanta Oil and Gas Ltd.
These stocks will be part of the special pre-open session for initial public offerings. As part of the demerger, shareholders of Vedanta will get one share each in the four entities. The record date to determine eligible shareholders was also May 1. End
