--Cyient sets share buyback record date as Jun 17
MUMBAI – Cyient Ltd. Thursday set the record date for its share buyback tender issue as Jun. 17, as per its filing on stock exchanges. The company's board had in April approved the buyback of 6.4 million shares at a price of INR 1,125 each, amounting to INR 7.20 billion.
Cyient said it also got shareholders' approval for the buyback issue Wednesday. On Thursday, shares of the company closed 0.3% lower at INR 846.65 on the National Stock Exchange. End
