L&T Tech partners Databricks to develop industrial AI solutions for cos

NEW DELHI – L&T Technology Services Ltd. Thursday said it has partnered with Databricks to jointly develop and deliver industrial artificial intelligence solutions for asset-intensive industries. The partnership will combine L&T Technology Services' engineering and sustainability expertise with Databricks' data and artificial intelligence platform to help industrial enterprises improve asset reliability, operational efficiency and sustainability performance by converting operational and engineering data into actionable insights.

 

"The partnership brings together LTTS' expertise in forward looking technologies and extensive experience across more than 600 major plants worldwide with Databricks' leading AI, analytics, and data capabilities," the company said in the exchange filing on Thursday.
 

For the March quarter, L&T Technology Services reported consolidated net profit of INR 3.32 billion on revenues of INR 28.58 billion. At 0934 IST, shares of the company traded at INR 3,301 on the National Stock Exchange, down 0.8%.  End
