RailTel gets letter of acceptance from Haryana Rail for INR 820-mln project

NEW DELHI – RailTel Corp. of India Ltd. Monday said it has received a letter of acceptance from Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corp. Ltd. for a railway signalling project worth INR 820.44 million, including taxes. The order involves design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of signalling and telecommunication systems, and associated works for the Dhulawat–Manesar–New Patli rail section, including the Chandla Dungerwas and Pachgaon Halt stations. The project is scheduled to be executed by Nov. 27, 2027, as per an exchange filing by the company.
For the March quarter, the company reported a net profit of INR 1.42 billion on revenue of INR 16.69 billion. At IST 1412, shares of the company traded 2.3% lower at INR 306 on the National Stock Exchange. End
