MUMBAI – HMA Agro Industries Ltd. Wednesday said Gulzeb Ahmed has resigned as whole-time director and chief executive officer citing unwillingness to continue in these roles. Mohammad Mehmood Qureshi also stepped down as managing director and director on account of personal and professional commitments, the company said in an exchange filing. Tuesday was their last working day in these roles. Ahmed continues to be the company's chief financial officer.
HMA Agro Industries posted a consolidated net profit of INR 79.65 million for the March quarter on revenues of INR 15.79 billion. Wednesday, its shares closed at INR 23.54 on the National Stock Exchange, down over 1% from Tuesday. End
