MUMBAI – Hindustan Zinc Ltd. Friday said it approved a two-month extension of Aurn Mishra's tenure as chief executive officer and whole-time director till Jul. 31. The company also appointed Amit Gupta as chief financial officer with effect from Monday, as per an exchange filing.
Friday, shares of Hindustan Zinc closed 2.5% lower at INR 632.95 on the National Stock Exchange. For the March quarter, the company reported net profit of INR 49.97 billion on revenues of INR 134.88 billion. End
