Brigade group in pact for Hyderabad home project, sales potential INR 8.5 bln

AHMEDABAD - Brigade Enterprises Ltd. Monday said Brigade group has signed a joint development agreement for a residential project spread across 5.6 acres in Hyderabad, the company said in an exchange filing. The project's revenue potential is estimated at INR 8.50 billion.
Strengthening its expansion in Hyderabad, Brigade said it will deploy around INR 50 billion across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail segments over the next 3-4 years. For the March quarter, Brigade Enterprises reported a consolidated net profit of INR 1.45 billion on revenues of INR 14.58 billion. Monday, shares of the company closed 0.4% lower at INR 669.55 on the National Stock Exchange. End
