--BSE to add Ashok Leyland, One 97 Comm, CG Power in BSE 100 from Jun 22
--BSE to remove Ambuja Cements, Tube Investments, Colgate from BSE 100 index
MUMBAI – BSE Index Services Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of BSE Ltd., has reconstituted the BSE 100 index, adding and dropping several big names. The exchange will add TVS Motor Co. Ltd. in place of Adani Enterprises Ltd. in its Sensex 50 index. It will add Ashok Leyland Ltd., One 97 Communications Ltd., and CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd. to the BSE 100 index. It will remove Ambuja Cements Ltd., Tube Investments of India Ltd., and Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd. from the same index. It has added L&T Technology Services Ltd. and removed Cyient Ltd. from the BSE Focused IT index. All these changes will take effect on Jun. 22.
For the quarter ended March, BSE reported a consolidated net profit INR 7.97 billion on revenues of INR 15.64 billion. Friday, its shares, listed on the National Stock Exchange, ended at INR 4,193.80, up slightly from Thursday. End
