--[I] Adani Total Gas appoints Sanjay Pandita as CEO from Friday
NEW DELHI – Adani Total Gas Ltd. Thursday said the company has appointed Sanjay Pandita as chief executive officer with effect from Friday and redesignated Suresh P. Manglani as executive director from the close of business hours Thursday. Manglani was earlier executive director and chief executive officer.
The company further said in an exchange filing that it has appointed Preyash Jhaveri as interim chief financial officer and Anil Agrawal as company secretary and compliance officer.
For the March quarter on a consolidated basis, Adani Total Gas reported a net profit of INR 1.68 billion on a revenue of INR 16.95 billion. Thursday, its shares closed at INR 638.10 on the National Stock Exchange, up 4.5% from Wednesday. End
