Some lenders release pledge on 30.55% stake of Mphasis held by promoter

MUMBAI – A group of 35 lenders Friday released the pledge on 30.55% stake of Mphasis Ltd., which is held by the company's promoter BCP Topco IX Pte. Ltd., according to an exchange filing by the company. The group of lenders released the pledge after BCP Topco repaid the $1.1 billion loan it had taken in 2021.
For the March quarter, Mphasis reported a consolidated net profit of INR 5.10 billion on revenues of INR 42.43 billion. Tuesday, its shares closed at INR 2,220.50 on the National Stock Exchange, up 3.4% from the previous session. End
