NSE to suspend trading in Gujarat Petronet Tue after merger into Gujarat Gas

MUMBAI – Trading in securities of Gujarat State Petronet Ltd. on the National Stock Exchange will be suspended from Tuesday, the bourse said in a circular Wednesday. This follows the company's merger into Gujarat Gas Ltd., which was approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs last week.
Wednesday, shares of Gujarat Petronet ended 2.5% higher from Tuesday at INR 296.40 on the National Stock Exchange. Shares of Gujarat Gas closed at INR 397.55, up 2.4% from Tuesday. End
