LTM partners with US-based Uniphore to develop domain-specific AI solutions

NEW DELHI – LTM Ltd. Tuesday said it has partnered with the US-based Uniphore to develop industry- and domain-specific artificial intelligence solutions that combine small language models, AI agents, and deep domain expertise. Under the partnership, Uniphore's Business AI Cloud will power LTM's BlueVerse ecosystem, enabling integration of enterprise data, models, and AI agents on a secure platform, LTM said in an exchange filing.
LTM will focus on client implementation and AI-led transformation, while Uniphore will provide capabilities to build and fine-tune domain-specific models, it said. "The partnership will initially focus on banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI), manufacturing, and media and entertainment, co-developing solutions to support workflows such as financial planning and analysis (FP&A), contract intelligence, outbound logistics, workforce transformation, and contact center operations," LTM said in the filing.
LTM will also deploy Uniphore's platform internally to enhance operational efficiency and accelerate implementation timelines for clients. The companies plan to commercialise the jointly developed solutions and expand the offering across additional industries over time.
For the March quarter, LTM reported consolidated net profit of INR 13.92 billion on consolidated revenues of INR 112.92 billion. At 1134 IST, shares of the company traded at INR 4,243.85 on the National Stock Exchange, up 0.9%. End
