--ITI CFO Prasad Barre resigns from post

 

MUMBAI – Prasad Barre has resigned as ITI Ltd.'s chief financial officer and general manager, corporate finance, according to an exchange filing from the company Saturday. Barre resigned just two months after being appointed chief financial officer. He was appointed in February to replace Rajeev Srivastava. Barre was relieved of his duties Thursday, the company said.

 

For the quarter ended December, ITI had reported a net loss of INR 255.80 million on a revenue of INR 5.15 billion. Thursday, its shares closed over 1% lower at INR 298.88 on the National Stock Exchange. Equity markets were closed Friday for Maharashtra Day.  End
