MMTC appoints Nigar Fatima govt nominee director, replacing Asit Gopal

NEW DELHI – MMTC Ltd. Wednesday said it has appointed Nigar Fatima Husain, additional secretary and financial advisor, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, as a government nominee director on its board, effective immediately. Husain will replace Asit Gopal, whose term as government-nominated director ended on Tuesday.
For the December quarter, MMTC reported net profit of INR 101.10 million on revenues of INR 3.40 million. Wednesday, shares of the company ended at INR 65.52 on the National Stock Exchange, down 0.7%. End
