Crisil Ratings revises outlook for Solar Ind to positive, maintains 'AA+'

MUMBAI – Solar Industries India Ltd. Friday said Crisil Ratings Ltd. has revised its outlook on the company's long-term bank facilities and non-convertible debentures to "positive" from "stable" while reaffirming its "AA+" rating. Crisil Ratings also withdrew its rating on the company's INR 150-million non-convertible debentures after they were redeemed.


The revision in outlook reflects continued improvement in the business risk profile of Solar Indsutries, driven by increasing scale and enhancement in business diversification, as per the rating agency. Crisil Ratings expects the company's revenue for the financial year 2025-26 (Apr-Mar) to be between INR 95 billion and INR 100 billion.

 

At 1317 IST, shares of Solar Industries were down 4% at INR 15,096 on the National Stock Exchange. For the December quarter, the company had, on a consolidated basis, reported a net profit of INR 4.46 billion on a revenue of INR 25.48 billion.  End
