--RBI OKs appoinment of Vasudevan as Equitas Small Fin Bk MD, CEO for 3 yrs
MUMBAI – The Reserve Bank of India has approved the re-appointment of Vasudevan PN as managing director and chief executive officer of Equitas Small Finance Bank for a period of three years with effect from Jul. 23, the bank said in an exchange filing.
For the December quarter, the bank had reported a net profit of INR 900.28 million on a total income of INR 19.81 billion. Thursday, shares of the bank closed over 1% higher at INR 65.95 on the National Stock Exchange. End
