Indian Bk board to consider raising fund on Apr 29, may recommend dividend

MUMBAI – Indian Bank board will consider the proposal to raise capital at a meeting on Apr. 29, the bank said in a filing. The board will also consider the audited financial results for the March quarter and may recommend a dividend.
The bank had reported net profit of INR 30.61 billion and total income of INR 196.63 billion for the December quarter. On Wednesday, shares of the bank ended 0.5% higher at INR 925.35 on the National Stock Exchange. End
