UCO Bank board to consider proposal to raise capital on Saturday

MUMBAI – UCO Bank Tuesday said its board will meet on Saturday to consider the proposal to raise capital, as per an exchange filing. The board will also consider the March quarter earnings and recommend a dividend.
For the quarter ended December, the bank reported a net profit of INR 7.40 billion and total income of INR 75.21 billion. Tuesday, shares of the bank closed 0.5% higher at INR 26.64 on the National Stock Exchange. End
