--SBFC Finance board to mull issuing NCDs, other debt securities on Saturday
MUMBAI – SBFC Finance Ltd.'s board will meet on Saturday to consider raising funds by issuing non-convertible debentures or other debt securities, the company said in an exchange filing Tuesday.
For the quarter ended December, SBFC Finance had reported net profit of INR 1.18 billion on revenue of INR 4.26 billion. Its shares closed Tuesday at INR 98.67 on the National Stock Exchange, down nearly 3%. End
