Prism Johnson OKs Roy as executive director for ready-mix concrete business

NEW DELHI – Prism Johnson Ltd. Monday said it has confirmed the appointment of Sanjaykumar Shivajee Roy as an executive director and chief executive officer of its ready-mix concrete business for three years, effective Mar. 2. The approval was granted through a remote e-voting process on Apr. 17, where the shareholders approved the appointment of Roy, the company said in an exchange filing. Roy joined Prism Johnson as chief executive officer of its ready-mix concrete business on Mar. 24, 2025.
For the December quarter, Prism Johnson reported a consolidated net profit of INR 499.3 million on a revenue of INR 18.10 billion. Monday, shares of the company closed 4.5% higher at INR 130.88 on the National Stock Exchange. End
